What ages is this for?

Every case is written for children in grades K–5. When you order, you tell us the exact age and reading level, and we tune the puzzle difficulty to match.

How long until I get it?

The custom PDF arrives within five business days of us receiving your detective's details. For the Full Investigation Kit, the physical box and gift ship separately within the US.

What's the surprise gift in the kit?

It's a small, curated reward chosen to suit your detective — we keep it a surprise so the reveal stays fun. It's always age-appropriate for the K–5 range.

Do I need to buy anything else?

For the Digital Case File you'll need a combination lock box. We recommend one and link to it, or you can use any 3-digit combination box you already own. The Full Investigation Kit includes the box, so there's nothing extra to buy.

Do you ship outside the US?

The Full Investigation Kit ships within the United States only. The Digital Case File is a PDF, so it's available anywhere.
